摘要
目的:观察95%酒精局部冲洗联合LED-光动力治疗结节囊肿性痤疮疗效。方法:45例患者随机分治疗组、对照组,口服异维A酸胶囊0.1mg/kg,2次/日、维生素B610mg,2次/日、罗红霉素150mg,2次/日。治疗组增加LED-光动力治疗,蓝红光交替照射20分/(次·周),患者的囊肿皮损皮肤消毒后,切开约0.3～0.5cm长切口清除囊内物后再用95%酒精局部冲洗。结果:治疗组1～2周囊肿痊愈,其他皮损继续口服、蓝红光交替照射4～6周后渐消退,对照组囊肿无变化,其他皮损好转。结论:95%酒精局部冲洗联合LED-光动力治疗结节囊肿性痤疮和药物治疗疗效显著,尤其是囊肿消退快,不留疤痕。
