三联疗法佐治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床研究

目的:观察口服思连康、中药直肠注入、中药外敷三联疗法治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将136例婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻分为两组,治疗组69例和对照组67例。两组患者在常规治疗的基础上,对照组口服多酶片、鞣酸蛋白片,治疗组给予三联疗法,患儿口服思连康,中药直肠注入,中药外敷。结果:治疗组治疗5天显效53例,有效11例,无效5例。对照组治疗5天显效40例,有效12例,无效15例。两组比较有统计学意义(X2=6.833,P<0.033)。结论:思连康口服、中药直肠注入、中药外敷三联疗法佐治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻疗效明显,有利于缩短病程,减少并发症,减少患儿痛苦。
