宫腔填塞纱条治疗产后大出血78例分析

摘要目前随着剖宫产率的不断增高,术后大出血患者也逐渐增多,产后出血是我国孕产妇死亡的首位原因[1-4],为探讨基层医院大出血的预防措施,2005年9月～2011年7月收治分娩产妇7600例,选择大出血300例进行回顾性分析,现报告如下.
