摘要
目的:探讨异维A酸对痤疮患者血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)表达的影响。方法:对34例中重度痤疮患者口服异维A酸胶丸治疗,每次10mg,每天2～3次,连续12周。并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者治疗前后及28名正常对照者血清中IL-4的表达水平。结果:治疗前中重度痤疮患者血清中IL-4水平明显高于正常对照者(P<0.001);治疗后中重度痤疮患者血清中IL-4水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.001),但与正常对照组比较无明显差异(P=0.1427)。结论:IL-4的过度表达与痤疮的发病有关,异维A酸可抑制痤疮患者外周血IL-4的过度表达。
Objective：To study effect on interleukin 4 （ IL - 4） in the treatment ache by isotretinoin. Methods：34 cases of moderate to severe acne patients were treated with A acid capsule treatment, detection by ELISA before and after treatment and 28 normal controls serum levels of IL -4 expression. Results：The serum level of IL -d in severe acne patients was statistically significantly higher than that healthy control group, Moderate to severe acne treatment serum levels of IL -4 was significantly lower than before treatment. But with the normal control group showed no significant difference. Conclusions：IL- 4 might play an important role in the patbegenis of ache and isotretinoin could inhabit the over expression of IL -4.
