乳腺癌术后化疗的护理体会

目的:探讨乳腺癌术后化疗有效的临床护理措施。方法:通过乳腺癌根治术后临床护理及康复指导实践经验资料分析。结果:改进护理措施,采取患侧手臂的护理、化疗护理、心理护理、饮食指导和功能锻炼,护理质量明显提高。结论:采取有效的护理措施能满足患者对治疗的依从性,降低化疗并发症的发生,提高患者维护自身健康的能力,提高生存质量,延长患者的生命。

Objective：To explore the effective after breast cancer chemotherapy clinical nursing measures. Methods： Through the breast cancer in the radical surgery bed nursing and rehabilitation guidance practice experience data analysis. Results： Improve nursing measures, to take care of the arm, chemotherapy nursing, psychological nursing, guidance and functional exercise, diet nursing quality obviously improved. Conclusion： Take effective nursing measures can meet to treatment with compliance, lowering chemotherapy of complication, and improve the ability of patients to maintain their own health, improving quality of life, and extend the life of the patients.
