摘要
工业磷酸是精细磷化工生产的基础原料,当前我国工业磷酸生产的主要方法有电热法、硫酸萃取法和碳高温还原法三种,结合我国磷矿资源特点分析了这三种生产工艺的特点,认为碳高温还原法制工业磷酸,即窑法磷酸工艺在我国有更广阔的发展前景。
Industrial phosphoric acid is a basic raw material for fine phosphorous chemical production.Current in China,there are three main production processes for industrial phosphoric acid: furnace process,sulphuric acid extraction process and high-temperature carbon reduction process.According to the characteristics of the phosphorite resources in China,the features of these three production processes are analyzed,and it is concluded that the high-temperature carbon reduction process,or the kiln process,for production of industrial phosphoric acid,offers bigger development promise in China.
