摘要
文章以上海市氯碱化工公司华胜厂蒸汽减压系统合同能源管理项目为例,首先,分析氯碱化工公司华胜厂蒸汽减压系统中存在的问题及通过运用合同能源管理模式对系统进行节能改造的优势;其次,针对蒸汽减压系统中存在的问题,文章详细叙述了这一模式应用下实施节能改造的具体方案和效果;第三,文章对项目中涉及的多方利益相关者的作用和影响进行了分析。最后,基于上述分析,文章总结了氯碱化工公司华胜厂蒸汽减压系统运用合同能源管理模式实施节能改造项目的经验和不足,以期对合同能源管理模式在余热余压项目中的应用起到借鉴作用。
This paper takes an energy performance contracting that is for vapor decompression system of Chlor-Alkali Chemical Company, Huasheng plant in Shanghai for example. First, the problems in decompression system and the advantage of energy-saving project that is based on energy contracting mechanism are analyzed. Secondly, how to implement this energy performance contracting program and the results are detailed aim!ng to problems in this case. Third, the article analyzes multi-stakeholders involved in this project and gives each stakeholder's role and impact an evaluation. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the article summarizes the experience and the inadequacies in this case in order to play a reference for the other energy performance contracting applications in heat and pressure projects.
