白叶枯病对杂交水稻主要经济性状的影响

ANALYSIS ON THE EFFECTS OF BACTERIAL LEAF BLIGHT TO MAIN ECONOMIC TRAITS OF HYBRID RICE

本文探讨了水稻白叶枯病对杂交水稻主要经济性状的影响。结果表明,在孕穗—抽穗期接种,单株实粒数、空壳率、千粒重、单株粒重等4个性状与感病度相关密切,但受害程度因组合而不同。南优2号等组合感病度与单株实粒数、千粒重、单株粒重呈显著或极显著的负相关,与空壳率呈极显著的正相关。威优6号、汕优6号等组合,因感病度低,各性状均不受明显影响。根据通径系数的分析,感病度对各组合单株粒重的直接影响力较低,而通过单穗实粒数、千粒重的间接影响力则较高。

An analysis on the effects of bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas cam-pestris pv.oryzae) to main economic traits of hybrid rice was made inHangzhow in 1981.The results suggested that when the inoculationwas practiced at booting stage,the numbers of filled grains per plant,1000-kernel weight and grain yield of an individual plant were de-creased but empty husk per plant increased with increasing of degree ofsusceptibility in Nanyou No.2 and some other combinations,whichwere highly susceptible to KS-6-6,a virulent isolate used in the study,while the most of economic traits were generally not affected due to lowdegree of susceptibility in Shanyou No.6 and Weiyou No.6.Pathcoefficients of degree of susceptibility to grain yield per plant were lowin all eight combinations but indirect effect was high through numbers offilled grains per panicle and 1000-kernel weight,suggesting that degreeof susceptibility indirectly affect grain yield through numbers of filledgrains per panicle and 1000-kernel weight,etc..
