早期宫腔纱布填塞联合米索前列醇在剖宫产术中出血的应用

目的:观察早期宫腔纱布填塞联合米索前列醇治疗剖宫产术中出血的效果。方法:对其中48例术中出血进行回顾性分析,对48例剖宫产术中出血量≥400ml的产妇,经按摩子宫、缩宫素静滴、缝扎止血5分钟后仍有活动性出血,立即纱布宫腔填塞止血,同时舌下含服米索前列醇片400μg促进子宫收缩,术后每6小时口服米索前列醇200μg,直至纱布取出后24小时停。结果:在48例术中出血的病例中,47例有效,有效率98%。结论:早期宫腔纱布填塞联合米索前列醇是一种治疗剖宫产术中出血的有效、简单、易于掌握的方法。

Objective：To observe the effect of early uterine gauze filling combined with misoprostol in the treatment of hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods：To analyze 48 of the 700 cases of cesarean section whose amount of bleeding≥500ml,if there is still active bleeding after 5 min of massage of uterus,Oxytocin ivgtt,suture ligation hemostasis,immediately fill the uterine cavity with gauze and take 400μg misoprostol sublingual.Keep 200？g misoprostol po.q6h postoprative,untill 24h after taking out of the gauze.Results：In the 48 cases,47 of them are effective,Efficiency：98%.Conclusion：It is a method which is effective,simple and easy to master,and is worth extending at primary hospitals.
