摘要
我国规划的调控应与城镇化中期的城市转型与重构相适应,并要解决城市转型重构与城市可持续发展之间的矛盾。解决这对矛盾,要通过坚持紧凑型的城市发展模式、推行用地混合、严格"三区四线"管制、统筹交通用地、提升"六项"城市服务功能等措施来实现。
The planning control in China should coordinate urban transformation and reconstruction in the middle stage of urbanization, and solve the contradiction between urban transformation and reconstruction and urban sustainable development. To solve these issues, key measures are necessary to promote harmonious society. Those key measures include sticking to compact urban development, promoting mixed land use, tightening ＂three zones and four lines＂ control, coordinating land for transportation, improving six urban service functions, etc,.
