摘要
目的:探讨脊髓损伤(SCI) 基因治疗的最新研究进展。方法:综述了脊髓损伤基因治疗相关的神经营养素家庭( NGFs) 的应用、移植细胞的选择、研究现状、存在的问题等。结果:NGFs 在干预脊髓损伤后的病理反应和促进其功能恢复有潜在的治疗作用。雪旺细胞(SC) 不仅可作为SCI 基因治疗的移植载体,其本身也可促进中枢神经的再生、髓鞘的重建和部分神经功能的恢复。结论:通过转基因技术,可使含有神经营养作用的遗传基因的细胞不断分泌所需营养因子,促使神经再生和功能的恢复。
Objective: To explore the lale evolution of gene therapy for spinal cord injury (SCI). Method: this paper briefly reviews the principles of gene therapy for SCI, such as using of neurotrophin gene families (NGFs), the selection of transplanting cells, studying of current situation and remaining problems. Results: Neurotrophins can either intervene with the pathological processes or promote recovery of the function of the spinal cord. Schwann cells can boost the regeneration of central nerves, re-establishment of myelin sheath and restoration of the functions of spinal cord. Conclusion: By using the technique of gene transfer, neurotrophins have therefore been shown to be capable of enhancing the regeneration of nerve and restoring the functions of enhancing the regeneration of nerve and restoring the functions of the spinal cord after SCI.
