摘要
面对独生子女大学生这日益特殊的群体,如何提高教育教学水平是一个值得深思的问题。本文从社会心理学关于角色期待角度出发,阐述了角色期待理论在教育工作中的积极作用,并从"激励"和"关爱"等方面提出了可行性意见。
In the face of the special community：the only-child university students,how to improve teaching levels is becoming urgent.This article states the positive function of the role anticipation theory in teaching practice based on the theory in social psychology and offers some feasible suggestions from the aspects of ＇＇encouragement＇＇ and ＇＇care＇＇.
