摘要
目的:探讨腹部切口脂肪液化的临床因素与防治。方法:对586例腹部大中型手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:586例患者共发生腹部切口脂肪液化56例,本组腹部切口脂肪液化与电刀使用、腹壁脂肪厚度、切口清洗、合并基础疾病等因素有关。结论:腹部切口脂肪液化相关因素较多,使用电刀、腹壁脂肪厚度、不注意切口清洗、合并基础疾病是其危险因素。
Objective To investigate the clinical factors of postoperative abdominal incision with fat liquefaction and explore the cure and prevention ways.Method The clinical data of 586 cases of large or medium-sized abdominal operation in department of general surgery from July 2007 to September 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 56 cases in all 586 cases that occured postoperative abdominal incision with fat liquefaction.The use of electrome,fat thickness,incision cleansing and basic diseases were highly related with incision fat liquefaction.Conclusion There are many reasons for postoperative abdominal incision with fat liquefaction.The use of electrome,the fat thickness,incision cleansing and basic diseases are the main risk factors.
