卡前列甲脂栓预防产后出血临床观察

Application of Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:观察临床应用卡前列甲脂栓预防产后出血的临床效果。方法:收集应用卡前列甲酯栓预防剖宫产术后出血的59例孕妇的临床资料,并对其进行总结和分析。结果:第三产程时间:观察组为(7.5±3)min,对照组为(10±3)min,两组间产程比较,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。产后2 h出血量:观察组出血量为(142±42)ml,对照组(164±55)ml,两组间比较P<0.01,差异性非常显著。结论:应用卡前列甲脂栓预防孕产妇产后出血,第三产程明显缩短,出血量明显减少,取得了非常令人满意的效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Method The clinical data of 59 pregnant women used Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF to prevent postpartum hemorrhage were collected and analyzed.Results The time of third stage of labor was（7.5±3） min in the observation group,（10±3） min in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.The hemorrhage volume of 2 h after delivery was（142±42） ml in the observation group,（164±55） ml in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The application of Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage can decrease the third stage of labor and blood volume obviously,get the satisfactory effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
