应用腔内碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的进展 被引量:2

摘要 自1988年我国开始应用体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗尿路结石后,以往应用开放性手术治疗肾结石的传统模式起了极大变化,ESWL已成为治疗泌尿系结石的重要方式,但肾的巨大结石、多发结石、铸形结石等复杂性肾结石应用ESWL治疗效果还不理想,或者严重并发症多,
