两种义齿修复牙周病下颌双侧游离端缺失咀嚼效率的比较

Comparison of masticatory efficiency for two kinds of denture repairing periodontal disease with bilateral mandibular distal-missing

目的:探讨牙周病牙列缺损修复方法选择对咀嚼效率的影响。方法:分别应用常规可摘局部义齿和缓冲型套筒冠义齿修复牙周病下颌双侧游离端缺失,比较二者的咀嚼效率。结果:缓冲型套筒冠义齿咀嚼效率明显高于常规可摘局部义齿。结论:缓冲性套筒冠义齿可更多提高牙周病游离端缺失修复咀嚼效率。

Objective To discuss the effect of periodontitis dentition defect restoration methods on masticatory efficien- cy, Method Applying the conventional removable partial denture and buffer - type telescopic denture restoration ： periodontal disease of bi- lateral mandibular distal - missing, compared masticatory efficiency of the two. Results The mastieatory efficiency of buffer - type telescopic demure was significantly higher than the conventional removable partial denture. Conclusion The buffer capacity of telescopic denture can enhance more distal - missing fix masticatory efficiency of periodontal disease.
