摘要
镜头是热像仪的重要组成部件之一,镜头中镜片的切换、平移可实现红外热像仪视场的变换和调焦。本文首先根据步进电机的工作原理,通过分析步进电机的运动模型和驱动模型,计算了实际的驱动脉冲频率和驱动电流。据此设计了一种基于步进电机的红外镜头控制组件。实验数据和实际使用结果表明该控制组件不仅能够实现快速准确的视场切换和调焦,并且具有较好的环境适应性。
Lenses is an important part of the IR camera.Changing of the field of view and focusing of the lenses need control unit.In this paper,the principle of stepping motor is briefly introduced.On the basis of motion model and driving current analysis,the driving frequency and current are calculated.A kind of infrared camera lens control component based on step motor is designed.According to the experiment data and practical results,this control component not only can be used to realize fast and accurate field of view shifting and focusing,but also has good environment adaptability.
