民办高校的生存之道在于以"为"求"位"。根据2009年第二次全国经济普查和其他权威数据资料,采取位次算术平均法计算排名顺序,对我国民办高校的社会贡献进行的分析表明:民办高校只有以贡献求理解,以贡献求支持,以贡献求发展,才能不断赢得社会的认可和政府的鼎力支持,继续保持蓬勃发展的态势。

The way to the survival of civilian-run colleges and universities lies in seeking development with contribution. According to the second national economic census in 2009 and other authority data with the ranking or- der obtained by arithmetic average method,the analysis of social contribution of our country＇ s civilian-run colleges and universities shows that the civilian-run colleges and universities can only constantly won the social recognition and the full support of the government and keep the tendency of vigorous development by seeking understanding, support and development with contribution.
