发挥地方戏优势 共建精神文化家园——以豫北延津县二夹弦为调研中心

Giving Play to the Advantage of the Local Opera and Co-building the Spiritual Culture Home——Taking the 2-clip-string opera at Yanjin county of North Henan province as the surveying center

流行于豫北延津的二夹弦是产生于清光绪年间并绵延至今、深受群众喜爱的一个地方剧种,也是先后被河南省和国家列入非物质文化遗产名录的传统戏种。由于社会、经济、文化等诸多原因,二夹弦经历了多次兴衰演变过程。在弘扬、保护和发展祖国魂宝———非物质文化遗产中,应坚持"合理利用,传承发展"的思路和途径优先将非物质文化遗产传承者纳入社会保障体系,以非物质文化遗产的传承与职业技术教育相结合,努力把非物质文化遗产打造成新农村文化建设的主力军。

The 2-clip-string opera that popularized in Yanjin County of north Henan province was produced in the period of Guanxu of Qing dynasty and has lasted to present. It is a local opera deeply loved by masses and lined in the non-material cultural heritage list by the state and Henan province. Because of many reasons such as society, economy, culture and son this opera has experienced many alternative rising-declining processes. In the course of carrying forward, protecting and developing non-material cultural heritage represented by 2-clip-string opera, we should carry on the idea and the way of reasonable use and inheritance development;preferentially put the non-ma- terial cultural heritage into the social security system and combine the inheritance of the non-material cultural herit- age with the professional education and do our best to make the non-material cultural heritage into the main force in the construction of new rural culture.
