摘要
目的:通过模拟颈神经根炎方法,建立神经根型颈椎病(急性期)的动物模型。方法:将180只Wistar大鼠随机分为三组:模型组、假手术组及正常组。于造模后3天、7天、14天、28天,进行病理学观察;3天、7天、14天,进行P物质、前列腺素E2观察;14天,进行6-酮-前列腺F1α、血栓素B2含量及体感诱发电位的观察;结果:本模型可以出现明显的炎症、瘀血、水肿及神经功能传导损伤的变化。结论:模拟颈神经根炎的动物模型,可以对神经根型颈椎病(急性期)加以反映。
A acute stage model of the nerve root cervical spondylosis in the rat through imitative cervical radiculoneuritis.Methods:180 wistar rats were divied into 3 groups:model groups、false operation groups and normal groups.Pathological observation on the 3、7、14、28 days after operation,SP and PGE 2 observation on the 3、7、14 days after operation.6-keto-PGF 1α 、TXB 2 and SEP observation on the 14 days.Results this model could obviously lead to inflammation、extravasated blood、dropsy and function damnification of the nerve conduct.Conclusion the method of the imitative cervical radiculoneuritis could reflect clearly a acute stage model ofthe nerve root cervical spondylosis.
