The Ethical Dimension of Culture Construction

文化建设的核心是价值观建构,而价值观建构的目标是伦理观塑造,伦理观塑造的关键又在于文化伦理观的确立,所以,当前文化建设的中心工作是要营造能够合理地处理和调整人们的文化关系,推动当今文化建设,适应人的文化创造活动的文化伦理观。这种文化伦理观应包括文化自由、文化责任、文化公正、尊重人性、文化宽容、文化和谐、保护环境等元素。

The core of culture construction is the construction of values which aims at the molding of ethics. The key of it is to establish culture ethics. Therefore, the central task of current culture construction is to create culture ethics, which is able to deal with and adjust people＇s cultural relations reasonably, promote current culture construction, and be compatible with people＇s cultural creation activities. The culture ethics should include elements as： cultural freedom, cultural responsibility, cultural justice, respect for human nature, cultural tolerance, cultural harmony, environmental protection and so on.
