垂直不稳定骨盆骨折的手术治疗

The Operation Treatment of Vertically Unstable Pelvic Fracture

目的：探讨切开复位内固定治疗垂直不稳定骨盆骨折的疗效。方法：作者２ 年来采用切开复位内固定治疗垂直不稳定骨盆骨折１５ 例。固定方法有：前环骨折采用钢板固定；后环骨折分离采用骶骨棒，四孔方形钢板，松质骨螺钉固定。结果：随访时已有１２ 例下地行走，无腰腿痛、患肢缩短等并发症。结论：垂直不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的疗效满意。

Objective: To study results of open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF) to vertically unstable pelvic fractures. Methods: Fifteen patients with vertically unstable pelvic fractures had been treated by open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) since 1996. The methods include posterior ring internal fixation by using sacral bars, four-hole square plates or cancellous screws with anterior ring fixed by plates. Results: The results showed that good results had been gained without morbidity. Conclusion: The results are satisfied if vertically unstable pelvic fractures are treated by open reducton and internal fixation operation.
