摘要
铝合金油箱在冲压成形过程中,合格率仅为10%,因此需要采取一系列工艺措施,如:退火、拉伸工艺改进、弯曲圆角改进及零件边缘处的控制,使产品质量合格率提高到95%以上。
In the stamping and forming process of aluminum-alloy tank, the pass rate has been only 10%, so we used a range of technological measures such as annealing, the technology improvement of pumping and stretching, improvement of bending fillet and the controlling of rim of components. The quality pass rate of products has increased to above 95M after using those measures.
