随着社会由"信息时代"向"概念时代"转变,全世界对原创思维更加重视。中医学是中国特有的原创思维,在概念时代,更要重视对中医学原创思维的传承与发展。辨证论治是中医学的一大特点,从《内经》论病证、病机、治则、方药方面阐述其辨证论治的原创思维。

With the change from ＇information age＇ to＇conceptual age＇ ,the world has thought highly more of original thought. Traditional Chinese medicine has the unique original thinking. And in the concept time ,we should pay more attention on the succeeding and developing of the original thinking of TCM. Determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs is a major feature in TCM, and this article expounded the original thinking of differentiation in Internal Classic from syndromes, pathogenesis, therapeu- tical principle and treatment prescription.
