最近，各种媒体上关于玉米油的广告铺天盖地，各品牌的玉米油厂家都在宣传自家玉米油的健康价值，声称对心脑血管患病患者、老年人尤其适宜。那么，玉米油是否真的具有上述特性？相对于其他植物油，玉米油是否更值得选择呢？
玉米油无愧“长寿油”称号玉米在世界上被称为“黄金作物”，其原因是它的营养价值很高？玉米油中不饱和脂肪酸含艟高达80％．85％，其中亚油酸占55％，油酸占30％，还含有维生素E、植物甾醇、卵磷脂、辅酶、
