河南省1998年孕产妇死亡监测报告

An Analysis of Surveillance on Pregnant and Lyiny - in Women Death in Henan Province 1998

河南省1998年17市、县孕产妇死亡监测点监测结果显示:全省平均孕产妇死亡率为62.27/10万,较1990年下降了37.83％,较1996年下降了22.28％,较1997年下降了19.02％。其中城市平均死亡率为25.17/10万,较1990年下降了69.69％。农村平均死亡率为76.22/10万,较1990年下降了24.59％。引起孕产妇死亡的死因顺位依次为:产科出血、妊娠高血压综合征、羊水栓塞、妊娠合并心脏病、产褥中暑。提示:加强孕产妇系统管理,尤其是高危妊娠,及早转诊,提高住院分娩,加强基层妇幼保健人员业务素质的培训,提高群众自我保健意识,是降低孕产妇死亡率的重要措施。

The data obtained from 17 selected points of Henan Province showed that the mean rate of pregnant and lying - in women in 1998 was 62.27 per 100 000,which decreased by 37.83% compared with the result in 1990.which decreased fay 22.28% compared with the result in 1996 and decreased by 19.02% compared with the result in 1997.The mean rate of pregnant and lying- in women inurban was 25.17 per 100 000, which decreased by 69.69% compared with the result in 1990,while the mean rate of pregnant and lying - in women in rural area was 76.22 per 100 000 and decreased by 24.59% compared with result in 1990. In order of the cause of pregnant and lying - in women dealth were as follows: hemorrhage, pregnancy induced hypertension, amniotic fluid embolism and etc.The authors suggested that the pregnant women system manage administrate,especially in high risk pregnancy,as early as possible move from, the hospitalization delivery,good professional skill of primary obstetrics training course, the perintal health care and etc should be strengthened.
