将护理美学相关理论应用于采血全过程,从加强医德修养、强化礼仪训练、开展技能培训三方面,着力培养采血人员心灵美、仪表美、行为美,提高了采血人员综合素质,促进了献血者队伍的壮大和稳定,确保了临床用血需求和安全。
To apply the theory of nursing aesthetics in whole process of blood collection, and from strengthening ethics training, strengthening etiquette training, and skills training three aspects to improve the soul beauty, appearance beauty and behavior beauty of staff. The overall quality of blood collection staff was improved, the growth and stability of blood donors was promoted to ensure the needs and safety of blood for clinical use.
