摘要
如何评价公立医院医务人员绩效,目前国内尚未建立起统一的绩效评价标准。在综合考察国内外医院先进理论和研究实践的基础上,明确了考评原则,建立了绩效考评体系,开展了绩效考评工作,取得了一定成果。指出,在绩效考评过程中,应完善医技、辅助科室考评指标;加强考评结果分析;落实绩效考评结果;充分发挥绩效考评的激励作用;建立绩效管理体系等。
At present, there has not established a unified evaluation criteria to evaluate the performance of medical staff in public hospitals. On the basis of reviewing the advanced theory and practice in domestic and foreign hospitals, we cleared principles of evaluation, established a performance appraisal system, carried out performance assessment work and achieved certain resuits. In the performance evaluation process, we should improve the evaluation indicators of medical technology and auxiliary departments ; strengthen the analysis of evaluation results ; implement performance evaluation results ; play the incentive role of performance evaluation; establish performance management system.
