摘要
从检索方式和检索结果处理两个方面比较12种基于PubMed数据源的医学文献检索工具的应用特点,并从改变检索界面、相关性排序和检索结果聚类3个方面总结这类检索工具的创新之处,指出Entrez/PubMed自身新的改进。
The paper compares the application characteristics of 12 biomedical literature retrieval tools based on PubMed data sources in aspects of retrieval methods and retrieval results processing.The innovations are summarized from three aspects,namely,improving the retrieval interface,ranking results by relevance and results clustering.The improvement of Entrez/PubMed is also pointed out.
