分析教学医院图书馆面临的馆员整体素质不高、无力涉及深层次信息服务、馆藏资源总量偏少、对用户需求不明晰等问题,提出加强科学管理、提高馆员综合素质、实行竞争上岗的人事制度等,在服务理念、服务内容、服务方法上实现新突破,全面提高图书馆服务质量。

The paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching hospital libraries,including the deficiency of librarians＇ quality,lack of in - depth information services,collection resources scarcity,users＇ demands uncertainty and so on,puts iorward advices including strengthening scientific management,improving the librarians＇ quality,carrying out competition mechanism,achieving new breakthroughs in service ideas,service contents and service methods,so as to improve the service quality of libraries.
