小儿陈旧性枢椎齿突骨骺分离临床研究

A Clinic Study on old Separation of Epiphysis of the Dens Epistrophei in Children

目的：探讨小儿陈旧性齿突骨骺分离诊治原则。方法：５ 例患者均为陈旧性损伤，４ 例保守治疗，１ 例手术治疗。结果：１５ 个月随访保守治疗的４ 例影像学示均获得骨性愈合，１ 例手术病人，症状有明显改善，现均获正常生活。结论：小儿陈旧性齿突骨骺分离如无明显脊髓压迫症，以保守治疗为主。

Objective: To discuss principle of making a diagnosis and giving treatment on old seperation of epiphysis of the dens epistrophei in children.Methods:Five patients are all fracture for a certain time,four patients received non-operative treament method and one operative.Result:the non-operative patients got ossahenosis and the operative patient's symptom was almost abolited.Conclusion:Treatment on old seperation of epiphysis of the dens epistrophei must give priority to non-operation.$$$$
