Values of color doppler in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic cancer

目的 探讨彩色多普勒检查预测肝癌手术切除安全性的价值。方法 对30例肝癌病人进行了肝切除术前与术后肝功能、彩色多普勒检查对比研究。结果 Child肝功能分级、彩色多普勒检查预测肝癌手术切除安全性的符合率分别为50%和80%(P<0.001)。结论 术前Child肝功能分级不能准确预测肝癌肝切除手术的安全性,彩色多普勒检查可更有效地预测肝癌肝切除手术的安全性。

Objective To explore the values of color Doppler in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic cancer. Methods Abstract: Objective To explore the values of color Doppler in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic cancer. Methods Test data of both preoperative and postoperative hepatic function and color Doppler in 30 patients with hepatic cancer were analysed. Results Effective rates of Child's hepatic function classfication and color Doppler in predicting the safety of hepatic cancer were 50% and 80%(P<0.001) respectively. Conclusions Color Doppler is more effective in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic cancer than that in Child's hepatic function classfication.
