尿液生物标志物在急性肾损伤早期诊断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是临床各科室最常见的急危重症之一。2004年,急性透析质量指导组制定了AKI的"RIFLE"分层诊断标准,将AKI分为风险期(R)、损伤期(I)、衰竭期(F)、失功能期(L)和终末期肾病(ESKD)这5期。但这一分期标准仍存在一定局限性,如诊断AKI的灵敏度和特异度不高,且未考虑年龄、性别、种族等因素对肌酐的影响。
