型煤掺烧对火电厂综合经济性影响的分析 被引量:2

摘要 以山东某电厂2台1 025 t/h锅炉为例,分析了掺烧巨野型煤对锅炉效率、机组厂用电率、供电煤耗、燃料及发电成本的影响。分析表明:在当前型煤与原煤采购价格相差较大的情况下,燃用较低热值的型煤所节约的成本能够弥补煤耗升高所增加的成本,经济效益显著。同时,根据燃用型煤中的技术特点提出了合理的掺配措施。 Taking the 2 ×1 025 t/h boilers in a certain power plant as an example, the influence of mixed burning with Juye shaped coal in the boiler has been analyzed against the boiler efficiency, house power and coal consumption, fuel and cost of power generation. Result show that the saved cost because of burning lower heat value shaped coal can compensate the cost increased by high coal consumption, which may therefore bring obvious economic benefit under the condition of large price difference between present shaped coal and raw coal. A reasonable way of coal mixing has been put forward based on the technical features in burning of the shaped coal.
