健康教育结合放松训练对亚健康者疲乏状态的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探索适合改善亚健康疲乏状态的心理行为干预模式并评价其临床效果。方法将60例以疲劳为主要症状的亚健康对象随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组进行健康教育结合放松训练。连续干预8周后采用亚健康状况(SHSQ-25)、疲劳量表-14(FS-14)问卷调查及血乳酸测定评价效果。结果观察组血乳酸值、FS-14总分及躯体疲乏、脑力疲乏因子得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),SHSQ-25总分及疲劳症状、精神症状、免疫力症状因子得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论健康教育结合放松训练的干预模式可以改善亚健康症状,缓解亚健康的疲乏状态。 Objective To explore a psychobehavioral intervention model that improves fatigue of people in sub-health state and to evaluate its effects. Methods A total of 60 subjects in sub-health state with the main symptoms of fatigue were randomly assigned to an observation group(n=30) and a control group(n=30).The control group received conventional health education,while the observation group were given health education and relaxation training.After 8-week intervention,the effect was measured by the SHSQ-25 and FS-14,and blood lactic acid was tested. Results After the intervention,total score of the FS-14,subscale scores of physical fatigue and mental fatigue,value of blood lactic acid,total score of SHSQ-25 and subscale scores of symptoms of fatigue,symptoms of mental status,and symptoms of immune system in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05 for all). Conclusion The implement of health education and relaxation training can improve symptoms of sub-health and relieve fatigue.
