Development and Consideration of Implementing Standards about the Personnel Work Quota in Petroleum Enterprises

通过对石油企业贯标工作的分析,找出了贯标工作中存在的不足,提出了贯标工作的措施和管理方向。从而在各种用工形式之间建立一个有机整体和有效运行机制,提高企业用工的总体效益和水平,为取得更好的改革发展业绩做出新的贡献。

Based on the analysis on the implementation of standards in petroleum enterprises,some deficiency in the implementation of standards is found out,followed by some suggestions about the measures and management direction of standard implementation.And then one organic whole and effective operation mechanism is built up among different employing forms so as to improve the general benefits and level of enterprise employment and make new achievements in getting better performances of reform and development.
