调节性T细胞与胶质瘤免疫研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)是一群具有抑制其他免疫细胞功能的负调控细胞,Treg细胞通过多种机制抑制CD4+T和CD8+T淋巴细胞、NKT细胞、B淋巴细胞、树突状细胞以及单核细胞/巨噬细胞等的分化和效应功能,是肿瘤免疫逃逸的关键因素;同时肿瘤细胞可以通过分化、扩增或招募Treg细胞有效地抑制抗肿瘤免疫,所以Treg细胞在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着极为重要的作用,是免疫治疗新的有效靶点。文章就其近年来在胶质瘤免疫领域的研究进展做一综述。
