摘要
目的:报道30例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者放疗前后免疫功能的变化。方法:采用双抗体夹心法和比浊法检测血清中sIL2R、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量;用单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪技术检测外周血中T细胞亚群、B细胞、NK细胞百分数;与健康人做对照。结果:放疗前sIL2R显著增高(P<0.01),IgG及IgM亦增高(P<0.05),B细胞百分数低下(P<0.01),CD3+细胞降低(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+比值降低(P<0.05);放疗后sIL2R含量显著下降(P<0.01),IgG亦降低(P<0.05),B细胞百分数下降(P<0.05),CD3+细胞进一步下降(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值亦降低(P<0.05);IgM和NK细胞放疗前后无变化。临床Ⅳ期者比Ⅱ、Ⅲ期者CD4+/CD8+比值更低(P<0.01)。结论:放射治疗会使宿主机体免疫功能降低。
Objective:It reported general immune function of 30 cases of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) before and after undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:In comparison with the health, observed soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R), and immunoglobulin(IgG、IgA、IgM) with double sandwich in assay and turbidimetry from patients.Also observed T lymphocyte subsets(T LS)、B lymphocyte and NK cell percent in peripheral blood lymphocyte with monoclonal antibody and flow cytometry intrument.Results:sIL 2R in blood of lung cancer before radiotherapy was significantly higher (P<0.01),IgG and IgM were obviously higher (P<0.05), B lymphocyte percent was markedly lower,too(P< 0.01 ), CD3 + cell were lower more than those of health control, and there were markedly different (P<0.01), the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cell in blood of lung cancer was significantly lower than that of health control's (P< 0.05) , sIL 2R in blood of lung cancer after radiotherapy was markedly lower than bofore's (P<0.01).B lymphocyte percent and IgG were lower (P<0.05), CD3 + cell was significantly decreased (P<0.05), the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cell in blood of lung cancer was decreased, too (P< 0.05) , the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cell in clinical period Ⅳ was obviously lower than those of period Ⅱ~Ⅲ(P<0.001).Conclusion: General immune function was reduced after radiotherapy.
