一些药理学教科书的提法和概念有商榷之处:药物的定义可能外延过宽,常误用选择性代替特异性对作用于不同受体的药物进行分类;有的教科书混淆了药物不良反应与药品不良反应;对于质反应的频数分布曲线的描述可能实际意义不大;把负荷量定为2倍维持量的概念具有很大的局限性。

A few concepts on some phamlacological textbooks may be debatable. The definition of drugs may be too broad. Selectivity in place of specificity is used improperly to classify the drugs acting on different receptors. There is a confusion of adverse drug reactions in different conditions. It may be of little practical significance to describe the frequency distribution of the qualitative response curve. The concept, the load dose being 2-time maintenance dose has serious limitations.
