PET吹瓶机加热功率控制系统设计

摘要 本文采用32位嵌入式处理器LPC2292作为核心控制器,以单向可控硅作为执行部件,运用相位触发调功和电压相位补偿的原理,设计了基于LPC2292的PET吹瓶机加热系统。经过不断地调试,该系统有效地实现了加热功率线性跟踪调节控制,能够控制多路红外线灯管稳定加热。在对电压相位触发设计的基础上,根据采样检测到的电源电压,对不同电压的触发相位进行补偿,最终实现加热功率的线性跟踪调节,本设计已成功应用于PET吹瓶机加热控制系统中。 In this paper, here designed the heating system of PET Blow Molding Machines based on LPC2292, the principles of phase trigger power and voltage phase compensation were used, 32-bit embedded processor LPC2292 was adopted as the core controller, and the mono-direction-controlled SCR was taken as the driving component.The system is effective to realize the linear tracking adjust control of heating power after continuously debugging, multiple infrared tubes have been controled stability to provide heat.According to the sampled and detected voltage of power supply, compensating the trigger phase for different voltages, then to realize the heating power's linear tracking regulate, the design has been already successfully applied to PET blow molding machines heating control system.
