三维适形放疗同步单药化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)同步单药化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 60例局部晚期NSCLC患者分入放疗+顺铂组和放疗+紫杉醇组,2组均部分缓解采用3D-CRT治疗,总DT64~72Gy,中位剂量68Gy。放疗+顺铂组同步应用顺铂25mg·m-2·周-1,放疗+紫杉醇组同步应用紫杉醇30mg·m-2·周-1,均连用5~6周。结果放疗+顺铂组完全缓解(CR)6例,部分缓解(PR)21例,稳定(NC)8例,进展(PD)0例,总有效率77.1%;放疗+紫杉醇组CR4例,PR15例,NC6例,PD0例,总有效率76.0%;2组疗效差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.070,P>0.05)。放疗+顺铂组1、2、3年生存率分别为60.0%、31.4%和17.1%;放疗+紫杉醇组1、2、3年生存率分别为64.0%、36.0%和20.0%;2组生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论周剂量顺铂或紫杉醇同步3D-CRT治疗局部晚期NSCLC疗效相似,不良反应可耐受。
