摘要
目的探讨低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射在感音神经性耳聋治疗中的价值及其血液流变学的变化。方法将2009年5月至2011年6月收治的感音神经性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组52例(76耳),在常规治疗的基础上,应用低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗(1次/d,10次一个疗程);对照组52例(75耳),采用常规治疗。对所有患者进行治疗前后的血液流变学检测。结果对耳聋的有效率治疗组为43.4%,明显高于对照组的20.7%(P<0.05);耳鸣的有效率治疗组为59.2%,高于对照组的35.8%(P<0.05)。且治疗组治疗后全血黏度、纤维蛋白原、EAI明显下降(P<0.05),RDI明显增加(P<0.01)。结论低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗感音神经性耳聋安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of intravascular laser irradiation of blood(ILIB) with low energy helium neon laser in the treatment of sensorineural deafness and the change of hemorheology.Methods 104 patients with sensorineural deafness admitted in our hospital from May 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 52 cases(76 ears).Patients in the control group were treated by routine treatment,while those in the study group received ILIB with low energy helium neon laser(1 times per day,10 times per course) based on the routine treatment.The indexes of hemorheology of all patients before and after the treatment were detected.Results The total effective rate for deafness in the study group was 43.4%,which was significantly higher than 20.7% in the control group(P0.05).The effective rate for tinnitus in the study group was 59.2%,which was significantly higher than 35.8% in the control group(P0.05).In the study group,the whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen,EAI decreased significantly after treatment(P0.05),and RDI increased significantly after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion ILIB with low energy helium neon laser is effective and safe for treating sensorineural deafness,which is worthy of popularization and application.
