摘要
笔者收集1976～1996年收治乳癌1162例,其中符合双侧原发性乳癌15例,进行回顾性分析,其占同期乳癌病人的1.3%,仅1例为同时性双侧原发性乳癌,但均为先后发生。笔者讨论了双侧原发性乳癌的发病率、诊断标准。
Fifteen cases of Bilateral Primary Breast Cancer (BPBC) were treated between 1976 and 1996 in autor's hospital, They were reveiwed and analyzed. They occupied 1.3% of 1160 patients who suffered from breast cancer treated in the same perold. Only was one case synchronous, the others were metachronous cancer. The incidence, diagnostic criteris, prognosis and management of BPBC are discussed.
