Cybex对肌肉力量的测试数据准确可靠,本文运用Cybex对两名优秀跳高运动员腘绳肌进行康复训练,研究表明：Cybex对运动员腘绳肌康复的训练与评价具有积极的作用,使用cybex进行康复训练更加科学,可信.
