肠系膜上静脉血栓致肠坏死抢救成功1例的护理体会

Nursing experisence about 1 successful case for Superior mesenteric vein thrombus cause bowel necrosis

目的：探讨1例急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊断、治疗及护理措施.方法：对2010年4月我病区收住的1例急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：通过积极治疗和恰当有效的护理措施,治愈出院.结论：早期诊断,早期抗凝治疗和选择恰当的手术方案（肠系膜上静脉取栓术）,尽快对因治疗是改善急性肠系膜上静脉血栓患者预后的根本措施.同时,积极有效的观察、护理对促进病人的康复过程有重要的临床意义.

Objective：l case of acute superior mesenterie vein thrombosis diagnosis,treating and nursing measures. Methods：In April 2010 taking one case of patients with acute superior mesenteric vein thrombosis clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The patients are cured through active therapy and properly validated nursing measures. Conclusion：Early diagnosis,early anticoaguIation and appropriate surgical programme （supe- rior mesenteric vein mere） is important. In my opinion,taking bolt as soon as possible by treatment is the improvement of acute superior mesenteric vein thrombosis fundamental measures to the outcome of patients. At the same time,positive and effective in promoting the observation and nursing of patients have important rehabilitation process of clinical significance.
