流程构造在门诊中的应用

摘要 目的以优化服务流程为指导思想,保障患者的就诊过程安全、快捷。方法:筹备阶段:包括环境的准备,护理人员的培训;流程的制订。实施阶段:主要是各岗位分工明确,管理者实时监督,提供让患者满意的特色服务。结果:患者得到及时、准确的医疗服务,非医疗时间明显减少。结论:特需门诊执行优化服务流程,为患者提供了有效的服务措施,圆满地完成了门诊护理工作,也为今后门诊流程建设奠定了基础。 Objective:To optimize nursing service flow--sheet and ensure the clinic visit safe and fast for patients. Methods:Preparation, period:en- vironment preparation, nurse training,and clinic flow--sheet develop--ment. During, the duty for each nursing position is clear, the managers super- vised at real time to provide special feature service which the outpatients were very satisfied. Results.. It provided outpatients exact and in time serv- ices. The non medical treatment time was decreased obviously. Conclusion: The clinical flow system carried out smoothly. It has provided visiting clini- cal exactly in time to the outpatients. It has shorted the un--visiting clinical time obviously.
