β-HCG、孕酮及子宫内膜厚度在诊断早期异位妊娠中的价值

摘要 目的：分析血清孕酮与人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位（β-HCG）及子宫内膜厚度在异常妊娠早期诊断中的价值,从而提高诊断的准确性.方法：选择我院收治的80例疑似异常妊娠患者,分别测定血清β-HCG、孕酮值及测量子宫内膜厚度.结果：异位妊娠组β-HCG、孕酮值及子宫内膜厚度明显低于正常宫内妊娠组和异常宫内妊娠组（P均〈0.01）,其中三项指标联合应用可将诊断准确性提高至94.21%.结论：血清β-HCG及孕酮值是诊断妊娠的指标,所以结合子宫内膜厚度则能提高异位妊娠的准确性,增加了临床应用的价值和早期诊断异位妊娠的指标.
