Emergency Treatment and Nursing Care of Acute angle-closure Glaucoma

目的：总结急性闭角型青光眼的急救与护理.方法：针对87例急性闭角型青光眼病人的急救、护理及效果进行分析.结果：87例病人经治疗平均3.5d眼压降至1.46～2.67kPa,67例滤过性手术病人眼压为1.36～2.69kPa,65例获理想滤泡.结论：迅速有效地降低眼压可挽救视功能,护理对策得当可减少并发症发生,提高治愈率.

Objective：To summarize the first-- aid and nursing of acuteangle-- closure glaucoma. Mothods：Emergence treatment nursing cure and effect were studied among 87cases ofpatients with acute angle--closure glaucoma. Results：The intraocular pressure of 87 cases were suited to operation after 3.5 days treatment. Results：the intraocular pressure of 87 cases were suited to operation after 3.5days treatment, the intraocular pressure of 67 cases of patients with filtering operation is 1.36-2.69 kpa. 65 patients had ideal filtering bubbie. Conclusion：Reducing eyes pressure effectively and in good time could retrieva 1 the patients ＇optical functions. Appropriate nursing could decrease the complications and increase the cure rate of acute angle-- closure glaucoma.
