经膝关节后内侧入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折

摘要 目的：探讨经膝关节后内侧入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的疗效及操作方法.方法：对24例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折采用膝关节后内侧入路显露并固定骨折块.结果：术后随访5 - 17个月,平均10个月.24例骨折均愈合,抽屉试验阴性,所有病人无明显松动不稳主诉.结论：经膝关节后内侧入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折操作简便,疗效可靠.
