住院精神病老年患者精神药物使用调查

Survey on psychotropic drug used in inpatients with senile psychosis

目的 :了解我院精神病老年患者精神药物使用情况。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法 ,对 1 998年住院超过 4周的 77例精神药物使用情况进行调查。结果 :排列前 4位的疾病是情感性精神病、精神分裂症、脑器质性精神病、神经症。 73例使用精神药物 ,单一用药 51例 ,联用二种药物 2 2例。按单一药物使用频度排列前 5位是奋乃静、阿米替林、麦普替林、氯氮平、氟哌啶醇。联用抗胆碱能药物 1 9例 ,出现药物不良反应 3 9例。结论 :我院精神病老年患者精神药物使用基本合理 ,无明显滥用现象。建议老年精神病患者治疗应选用副作用小的精神药物。

Objective To survey on psychotropic drug used in inpatients with senile psychosis in our hospital.Methods With retrospective investigation,we sruvey the psychotropic drug that were given at the fourth weekend among 77inpatients with senile psychosis.Results Among 77inpatients,73 cases took psychotropic durg.Among 73 inpatients,51cases took one kind durg and 22 cases two kinds of psychopic durg.Ss regards the psychoreopic durg,24cases took perphenazine,14cases amitriptyline,11cases marotyline,10 cases clozapine and 7cases haloperidol.Among them,19 cases were combined anticholinergic and cases were suffering from side-effects.Discussion There was little psychoreopic drug abuse in inpatients with senile psychosis in our hospital.
